Major Wire Welcomes New Authorized Dealers

Major Wire Industries Limited is happy to announce that Belt Tech Industrial Inc. and Industrial Mining Supply are its newest aggregate and mining screen media Authorized Dealers. Belt Tech Industrial Inc. will be serving aggregate operations in northern Alabama and northern Mississippi, coal mines in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois and both aggregate and coal operations in western Tennessee. Industrial Mining Supply will be serving aggregate and coal operations in Alabama.

Both dealerships offer all of Major Wire’s screen media solutions, including the advanced
technology Flex-Mat® 3 Self-Cleaning Screen Media in tensioned and modular versions and OptimumWire® Woven Wire.

“These dealers’ commitment to providing quality service fits perfectly with the value-added programs offered by Major Wire, including on-site Screening Plant Audits, Screen Maintenance Seminars and our Flex-Mat 3 Results Guaranteed Program,” says Gary Pederson, Major Wire Vice President of Sales.

Belt Tech Industrial Inc.

Serving the aggregate and mining markets for more than 21 years, Belt Tech has added Major Wire screen media at the request of its customers. With a reputation for superior service and extensive knowledge of the industry, Belt Tech salesman Josh Leloup has already completed Major Wire’s Advanced Screening Sales Training. This training equipped him with the same skills and tools of Major Wire Territory Managers to provide their customers with detailed screening operation analysis and strategic solutions. Additional Belt Tech salesmen are expected to complete the training in the near future. With locations in Washington, Indiana; Clarksville, Tennessee; and Du Quoin, Illinois; its six salesmen can quickly meet aggregate and mining customers’ screen media needs in its designated territories.

“Working side-by-side with our customers has taught us that being actively engaged in their processes is beneficial to both parties,” commented Brad Devine, Belt Tech’s Vice President of Operations. “We try to be your partner in screening, unlike a lot of typical hands-off dealerships. We personally come to your operation to help determine the optimal screening solutions for your particular challenges.”

It Was Great To See You At Coal Prep!

Thank you all for visiting both Major Wire and Belt Tech Industrial at Coal Prep 2013 in Kentucky! Belt Tech is one of Major Wire’s new Authorized Dealers covering the coal industry in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee.

At Coal Prep, we talked with many people who were interested in how Major Wire’s screen media can increase their in-spec production. Currently many of their screen decks are losing capacity from the clay content within the coal causing severe blinding, and the coal is quickly corroding the woven wire screens.

Major Wire’s Flex-Mat® 3 High-Performance, Self-Cleaning Screen Media has been solving these problems for years, and we are so confident that we offer a 100% risk-free Results Guaranteed Program in new applications. Contact your local Major Wire Authorized Dealer today for details.

Thanks For Visiting Major Wire At Bauma

Bauma, the world’s largest construction/mining trade show has ended, and we certainly appreciate everyone from many different countries stopping by to see us. We greeted almost 200 visitors from 67 different countries around the world. We enjoyed talking with many current users of Flex-Mat® 3 Tensioned and Modular Screen Media and introduced our high-performance screen media to many others.

Despite the show’s immense size, we kept busy educating a steady stream of potential new customers interested in learning more about our screen media solutions and how they can help them overcome their screening challenges.  Often these involve a loss in production due to pegging, blinding and clogging or weather-related shut downs and/or the desire to just significantly maximize their current throughput.

Contact your local Major Wire Authorized Dealer today to schedule your on-site Screening Plant Audit to clearly identify where and how your operation can produce more for less cost. If there is no regional Authorized Dealer in your area, please call 450-659-7681.
